Refund policy
I accept returns on non-handmade products (materials), buyer is responsible for postage costs and refund will be made when product is received back.
Handmade products most of times can't be just returned specially custom made but every case is individual please contact me in 3 days after receiving.
If items are damaged during postage or there are other issues with your order (wrong color etc) please message me in 3 days after tracking shows 'delivered'. Please send as many pictures as you can: while item is in the box when received - from outside and inside look, and pictures when its out of box and set up.
If box is clearly damaged on delivery best would be to ask courier to return to sender straight away!
Cancelation is accepted 1 day for ready to send items, for custom orders - before I start making them so please message!
