Processing time

Processing time for materials and ready to send items are usually 2-3 days.

For items what are made on order turnaround often changes and it will be shown on top announcement bar (if it's not there - 3-5weeks). Also it might depend from size of the order.

Delivery time

For local Uk deliveries I use Royal Mail for smaller packages and mostly Parcelforce for large orders. Delivery might take 1-3 days. 

For extra large items I can deliver them myself or use private couriers, then time and charge depends from distance and will be discussed via email. 

In some cases items can be collected.

International orders

It is possible to send flowers and materials to other countries (except EU right now), please message. Charge and delivery changes from distance and from size of parcels so for 1st quote I would need at least approximate sizes, quantities and what material would you like for flowers. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
